Reconstruction - rehabilitation project of a building
The existing building is located in Tbilisi, on Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, in the territory of the former Coca-Cola factory. It was built in the 50s of the previous century and was constantly transformed depending on the specifics of the new owner's activities. This time, its reconstruction envisages the creation of a fashion, art and design center, which will house an international fashion school for 100 students, a transformable library with conference space and a cafe. There is also a space for conducting workshops, an exhibition space and a restaurant for 50 people and an open terrace on the roof, a bar for organizing events. The area of ​​the building is 2400 sq.m
The architectural concept is fully inspired by the fashion industry, which is expressed by the black color of the facade. Part of the facade is covered with mirror panels, stairs leading to the exhibition space and three-level terraces allow it to be used for any kind of show, event or installation.
